Speaker: Carlee Novak
Carlee is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, and she serves on many leadership teams in the Oregon Ministry Network. She and her husband Matt are Staff Pastors at Crossroads Church in Forest Grove and are recently appointed Youth Alive missionaries focused on outreach. Carlee and Matt have two children, Maximus and Szofia. Carlee works full time as a Senior Title Officer for a NW regional title and escrow company. Carlee enjoys traveling and bargain hunting at grocery stores
Worship Leader: Eliza West
As human beings we are created to Worship and Glorify God. Elliza West is a devoted woman of Faith. She serves as Worship Pastor for Bayside Chapel at both Lincoln City and Depoe Bay Campus. In addition, Elliza leads weekly Youth and Young Adult Groups. Her zeal to represent the very heart of Christ is contagious. She was born in Klamath Falls but raised in Coos County. Her parents served as lead pastors of Valley Christian Center in Myrtle Point for over 10 years. From a very early age during those 10 years, God placed a calling to ministry upon her life. Through Praise and worship, she remains to daily honor that calling to serve the Lord. She is humbled to go wherever God leads her and is honored to be leading Worship at this year’s Women's Conference.
